By accessing and using GigWeave, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
GigWeave is a marketplace connecting Freelancers and Clients. We facilitate payments and project management but are not a party to the contracts between users.
GigWeave charges a service fee on all payments processed through the platform. This fee is non-refundable.
Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally. If that fails, GigWeave Admin may intervene to determine the disposition of escrowed funds.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
